Today might be a very crucial day for Munna Bhai. TADA court will soon decide the filmi future of Sanjay Dutt.
Today, Friday 25th May, is the second death anniversary of his father Sunil Dutt. Sanjay certainly would miss his dad whose efforts had helped him to get out of jail. His ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’ is releasing today in which he has played the character of an encounter cop - apparently, quite opposite with respect to his real life scenario.
As a convict of buying illegal weapons from gangsters involved in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, he has been summoned today to appear in TADA court. Earlier, the team of lawyers of Munna Bhai has filed an application to release him under Section 4 of Probation of Offenders Act on basis of his good conduct.
Dutt has already spent a period of 16 months behind bars in the 1993 serial bomb blasts case.
The judgment against Dutt can destroy the future of producers who have signed him for their forthcoming projects. It can even turn out to be the happiest day of his life but who knows the future; it could be a tragic one too. Just keep your fingers crossed!
